Field Trip!

Dillanos Coffee Roasters in Sumner welcomed our homeschool group in for a tour recently and here are a few picture highlights of that adventure.

Bags of green coffee before its roasted.
Stacked according to where it is grown.

These are unroasted coffee beans.
All the kids had a lot of fun seeing what the beans looked and felt like.

our little tour (we had two groups that day)

  1. So cool! I would love to take a tour of a coffee roasting factory. Did it smell wonderful?!

    1. Like heaven! I swear if they were to bottle the scent of coffee and people would wear it we would have more peace in the world and there would be more happy marriages! :-)

  2. Oh my goodness, this is so awesome!! I would LOVE to do a tour like this, and I think it's so great that the kids were able to tour and see the process! Thanks for sharing :) Have a blessed day!!

Thank you for taking a few moments to share your comments with me. It means a lot. Thank you!
